We are open for everyone at HSC Winnipeg and the general public.

Do I need a library card?

No. You just need to fill out a form with your name and contact information.

How long can I borrow materials?

Materials can be borrowed for one month. Our collection is small, so to be mindful of other patients, please return your items on time or call us if you need to renew them.

Is there a cost?

No. All of our services are free of charge.

If unable to visit the library, can I still use your services?

Yes. Items can be mailed to you free of charge.

Should I still see a doctor for medical advice?

Yes. The library provides information. The information we provide should not be seen as medical advice. Please discuss the information with your doctor or healthcare provider, and follow their instructions.
