PAR (Prevention, Assessment, and Rehabilitation) Health Services
PAR Health Services offers specialized Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy for clients with third-party funding, including MPI and WCB, as well as private insurance options like MB Blue Cross. Skilled clinicians are dedicated to providing care for both surgical and non-surgical conditions related to the hand and upper extremities, as well as acute and chronic musculoskeletal diagnoses such as sprains and strains, back pain, joint replacements, sports injuries and multi-site traumas.
The PAR team includes experienced rehabilitation staff and two certified hand therapists who specialize in treating acute post-operative and chronic upper extremity conditions. They also provide a wide range of specialized services and products, including wound care, acupuncture, custom splinting, and custom pressure garments.
With quick access to services, PAR Health Services aims for better outcomes and a faster return to work. Their location within HSC promotes collaboration that enhances the quality of care provided. Additionally, their staffing resources allow for seamless cross-referrals between Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy providers.
PAR Health Services offers assessment and treatment for a variety of conditions, including:

All HSC staff, patients, and community members are welcome. Initial appointments are prioritized, and there are no wait lists or referrals required for physiotherapy services. Short notice appointments are also available for both community clients and HSC staff.
