Monika started her career at Health Sciences Centre Winnipeg.  She previously held positions of Executive Director of Acute Inpatient Services, CNO, and Director of Child Health and Women’s Health.

Monika holds a Master of Arts degree in Leadership Studies in Healthcare from Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC and a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Manitoba.
