Andrea Beaudin

Business and Finance Lead

Andrea, a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), joined HSC’s Finance team in 2019 and has since held progressively senior roles before stepping into the Business and Finance Lead position in 2024. Her strong financial acumen is complemented by prior experience at Canada Life, where she held a variety of finance roles. Before earning her CPA designation, Andrea completed a Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation in Physical Therapy and worked in a range of healthcare roles.

With a strong background in both healthcare and finance, Andrea brings a unique ability to bridge operational needs with strategic financial planning. She is passionate about partnering with business leaders and teams to drive efficiencies, improve decision-making, and align financial strategies with organizational goals.
